The fundamental principle of any gasification process is the inter-reaction of specific substances. In order for this to happen, a change in the rate of the chemical reaction is required and achieved through the use of reactants. These are known as catalysts and these catalysts are not generally consumed by the reaction itself. A catalyst may also participate in multiple chemical transformations.
Many catalysts exist with different properties and behaviours, but all create the changes necessary to generate chemical reactions. Our CCR possesses unique characteristics which enable it to simulate specific catalysis absorption properties, allowing the creation of chemical species in order to produce particular gases.
